Dr Chew graduated from the University of Singapore Medical School in 1979. Following his graduation, he worked in Singapore General Hospital where he was selected to undergo his basic surgical training. He then concentrated his training in Otorhinolaryngology.

He received the HMDP scholarship from the Ministry of Health and completed his training in Otorhinolaryngology in Glasglow Royal Infirmary. He obtained his Fellowship in Otorhinolaryngology from the Edinburgh College of Surgeon in 1984.

Following his return from U.K., he worked in the Otorhinolarygology Department at Singapore General Hospital and left as a Consultant in 1992 for private practice at Gleneagles Medical Centre.

Dr Chew has dedicated himself exclusively to the diagnosis and investigations of the Ear, Nose and Throat. He manages the following treatments at his clinic:

Dr Leong Hoo Kwong graduated MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 1982. After his internship, Dr Leong decided to pursue a surgical career. In 1984 he was awarded the Howard-Eddey Medal for being the top candidate in Southeast Asia for the Primary Surgical Fellowship Examination conducted by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He completed the Final Surgical Examination in 1987 in the United Kingdom and was conferred the FRCS. On completion of his advanced training in 1990 and was awarded a Ministry of Health Scholarship for Overseas Subspecialty Advanced training. During the years 1991/1992, he trained with Professor Michel Portmann in Bordeaux, France and Professor Ugo Fisch in Zurich, Switzerland. These are centers of international excellence for otology (middle ear surgery), neuro-otology (inner ear surgery) and microscopic skull base surgery. These became his areas of subspecialty interest. He was made a Fellow of Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 1991 and Fellow of International College of Surgeons in 1992.

On his return to Singapore, Dr Leong was appointed Senior Lecturer and Consultant in the University Department of Otolarygology, National University Hospital. He has written numerous academic papers which were published in local and international medical journals. He has also given many talks, lectures and presented research findings at local and overseas conferences. He also wrote a chapter on ear surgery in a text book titled Operative Otorhinolaryngology.

His practice covers all areas: medical and surgical of ENT practice. He has strong interest in ENT Allergy, Snoring & Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and Endoscopic Sinus Surgery. He also has extensive experience in Head and Neck Surgery including thyroid surgery. As a result of his subspecialty training and interest. He is also involved in performing complicated Skull Base Tumour Surgery and often called upon to team up with several renowned neurosurgeons for such operations.
